Prior to founding Beh Management Consulting, Gali was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Houston, Texas and Tel Aviv, Israel. During that time, Gali served clients in a variety of industries including venture capital, manufacturing, consumer packaged foods, software, and most facets of the energy industry. Gali earned a Master in Business Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rice University. Gali lives in Boulder, Colorado where she enjoys camping, hiking, and rock climbing with her husband and two sons. Cassandra specializes in research, data collection, analysis, and team coordination. She has over ten years experience in accounting and customer relations. As a Researcher with Beh Management Consulting, Cassandra takes on challenging research projects, such as collecting multiple types of data from most of Colorado’s 64 counties. Debbie specializes in research, analysis, and database management. Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Debbie worked for Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she focused on environmental catalysis with an emphasis on catalyst development for the automotive industry. Before joining Sandia, Debbie conducted research for an industrial wastewater treatment company. Debbie holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Debbie lives in Broomfield, Colorado with her husband and two children. She enjoys gardening, hiking and making baking soda and vinegar volcanoes with her family.
Mari holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Spanish, Latin American Studies and Secondary Education from Hamline University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from San Jose State University. She is the co-author of Open to Outcome, A Practical Guide for Facilitating and Teaching Experiential Reflection, which was nominated as a Top Ten Education Book of the Year by Forward Magazine. Mari lives in Denver, Colorado where she swims, bikes, runs and hangs out with friends and her dog, Mack. Richard, Communication Specialist, has worked for major management consulting firms for the last 18 years. He does pro bono design work for several organizations including the Houston Holy Cross Chapel and the Alzheimer's Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas and then attended the Art Institute of Houston.
Whitney earned her Master in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. She received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Whitney lives in Boulder, Colorado where she enjoys gardening, biking, and hiking with her husband and two sons.

Gali Beh is the Principal of Beh Management Consulting, Inc. Gali specializes in strategy and organizational development. Gali leverages her network of project managers, researchers, and communication specialists to provide critical on-demand support for management decisions, actions, and communications.
Kelly, Research & Information Specialist, has over ten years experience researching business information for oil & gas, retail, and management consultant professionals. Kelly's previous employers include Union Pacific Resources, RadioShack, and over two years at the Dallas office of McKinsey & Company. She holds a Masters of Library and Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy
from the University of Texas at Austin.
Lisa, Research & Information Specialist, is a multiple-book author and researcher with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of urban planning, community development, environmental & social issues, retail market growth, food service, health and nutrition, and natural products & supplements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Arts in journalism from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Lucinda, Office Manager, specializes in organization, computers, and human resources. Prior to joining the BMC team, Lucinda ran a successful bookkeeping business for seven years managing clients in retail, service, and personal finances. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Technical Writing from Washington State University.
Mari, Associate, has 20 years of experience in project management, organizational development, training, education, facilitation and executive coaching. She has worked with innovative schools across the United States including helping to start up over 40 small schools and consulting to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Mari was the Principal of a Denver high school that is part of the Big Picture Company, a project of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. 
Whitney, Associate, specializes in strategic planning, product development, project management, business process improvements and system implementations. Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Whitney worked in the storage hardware industry where she developed corporate strategy, implemented a world-class product development system, and conducted competitive and market analyses. Prior to obtaining her business degree, she was an environmental consultant managing complex technical and regulatory-driven projects in the oil and gas industry and for the Departments of Defense and Energy.
